Our group programs cater to a range of ages and interests, from Sense Strength focusing on healthy habits and movement to Sense Art exploring creativity and expression.
For our younger ones, Sense Preschool offers a play-based approach to meet social goals, while Sense Rugby combines footy and occupational therapy for a unique sensory experience.
Teens can join Sense Teens for wellness and independence-building activities.

SENSE STRENGTH

WHEN: MONDAY 22nd July – 23rd September 2024
WHERE: Sense Therapies Clinic, Bulli
TIME: 3:30PM 5-7YO & 4:30PM 8+ (Groups split according to age)
COST: $80
Sense STRENGTH is an Occupational Therapy Group led by experienced OTs in our clinic
Gym spaces. The focus is on providing support and guidance for kids to develop healthy habits, move their muscles and learn new skills in a safe, fun environment.
SENSE PRESCHOOL
WHEN: WEDNESDAY 24th July- 25th September 2024
WHERE: Sense Therapies Clinic
TIME: 10AM
AGE: 2-5YRS
PLEASE NOTE THIS GROUP IS FULL **WAITLIST ONLY**
COST: $120
Come and join us for a fun-filled morning of connecting with other preschool-aged children and their families in our sensory gyms. Using a DIR floortime model, our OTs will be there to support you and your child in meeting their play and social goals. The session will be play based and child-led.
SENSE AFL
WHEN: WEDNESDAY 24th July- 25th September 2024
WHERE: Ocean Park, Campbell St, Woonona
TIME: 3:30PM 4-7YO & 4:30PM 8+ (Groups split according to age)
COST: $75
Sense TEAM SPORTS is a footy-based Occupational Therapy Program. We use modified Rugby & AFL drills to help kids & teens: Process sensory information, focus on activities, work on their coordination, manage their emotions and have fun with friends!
SENSE TEENS
WHEN: THURSDAY 25th July- 26th September 2024
WHERE: Sense Therapies Clinic & various local community locations
TIME: 3:45PM- 5:15PM
AGES: 13+
COST: $120

Sense TEENS is an Occupational Therapy Group for teens. It is an opportunity to get together to connect, engage with their local community and move. Led by experienced OTs in a socially safe environment, there is a focus on wellness, self-care and providing support and guidance for teens to develop independence.

Programs of Support & Cancellations
All Sense Team Sports, Term Groups & Holiday Activities including Camps are goal-oriented, skill-based & delivered as Programs of Support.
Programs of Support are delivered as intensive group therapy for a specific period range (no longer than 12 weeks) with a definite start and finish date. The inclusive period for each Group/Activity offered by Sense Therapies is detailed in the individual Intake Forms, Confirmations & Itinerary communications – provided before commencement.
In acceptance of participation in Programs of Support, Participants agree to be charged for the service provided, regardless of attendance/non-attendance - as long as the provider could deliver the support/activity (or an alternative) was delivered. Through utilising the Program of Support model, we can both maximize therapeutic benefit and ensure fair pricing for all Participants (as per NDIS Price Guide).
Programs of Support fall under the NDIS Capacity Building OT Group Rate.
Please Note: Programs of Support are subject to the following cancellation regulations:
Sense Team Sports & Term Groups Participants must notify Sense Therapies of withdrawal from the Program of Support 14 full business days PRIOR to the commencement dates of the program. Failure to provide less than 14 full business days' notice of cancellations will incur a two (2) week cancellation fee. Participants wishing to exit the Program of Support during the inclusive Program’s dates will incur the standard two (2) week cancellation fee.
